Body Reading & Pattern Release
This healing treatment is an extended and integrative version of Session 5. It is tailored for people who wish to go further in understanding and transforming what they are experiencing. It includes a combination of bodywork and body reading, followed by personalized verbal support in the office.
This time allows deeper patterns, repetitive mechanisms and automatic responses to be brought into awareness. Once the bodywork has been completed, this treatment aims to shed light on what is going on at a deeper level, in order to support real transformation through subtle energy work, supported by awareness and the gradual release of repetitive patterns.
This approach works at a level before the mind and language, where automatic responses and protective mechanisms are embedded.

After the session, an integration phase takes place. Good hydration is recommended.
