About Us
Our Approach
All sessions at the center are personally provided by the founder, who has nearly ten years of professional experience.
This method is a structural and energetic bodywork approach, developed through in-depth observation of the body, its imbalances, compensation patterns, and stored body memory.
It integrates elements inspired by craniosacral, visceral, and energy-based work, with careful attention to the body, energy, and internal processes.
The work uses the physical structure of the body as the main entry point, supporting processes of reorganization, recovery, and integration.
It acts deeply on energy flow, internal tension, and related emotional patterns.
Sessions are suitable for people experiencing tension, fatigue, loss of fluidity, diffuse discomfort, or physical, energetic, or emotional imbalance, as well as for those going through periods of transition or readjustment in their lives.
What this approach is not
This work is not a massage.
It does not involve forceful manipulation, mechanical adjustments, or cracking techniques.

The core of the work
hands-on sessions
The work is carried out primarily through gentle, attentive hands-on contact, present throughout the session.
Clients remain fully clothed at all times.
Most sessions take place lying down, sometimes seated, and more rarely standing, depending on individual needs.
This touch is the primary support of the work, allowing a continuous reading of the body and energy, and a subtle accompaniment of the body’s adjustment processes.
The approach is gentle and non-invasive.
Despite its softness, the work can have deep effects over time, supporting physical balance, energy flow, and emotional regulation in the short, medium, or longer term, depending on the person and the session.
The body is supported in its natural capacity to reorganize and self-regulate, without force, pressure, or external correction.
One session may already allow for an initial realignment. Depending on individual needs and life circumstances, a series of sessions may be suggested.
Non-touch sessions (as a complement)
In specific situations, or when appropriate, non-touch sessions may be offered as a complement to body-based work.
These sessions rely on verbal guidance, energetic perception, and conscious integration.
They support emotional, symbolic, or reflective processes without direct physical contact.
They do not replace hands-on bodywork, but rather support or extend it, depending on the person’s needs and the phase they are going through.
Framework and complementarity
This approach does not replace medical care or therapeutic treatment.
It is part of a complementary well-being approach and may support individuals before or after a medical procedure, following a fall or physical shock, or during significant life transitions, such as bereavement or major life events.
It supports phases of preparation, recovery, and integration, while respecting the natural rhythm of the body and the person.
Non-touch guidance (as an extension)
In addition to body-based work, Anissa may also offer non-touch guidance sessions in certain situations.
These sessions provide a space for listening, dialogue, and conscious integration.
They allow for exploration of more subtle dimensions related to meaning, life transitions, or inner alignment, without direct physical intervention.
These sessions are not the core offering of the center.
They are considered a possible extension, when it feels relevant for the person and the moment they are experiencing.
